construction of Ribbon Blender :
A Ribbon Blender has a horizontal cylindrical vessel made of stainless steel, with ribbon agitators on a central shaft that rotate to mix materials. It’s powered by a motor and gearbox. A discharge port at the bottom allows easy unloading, and some models include inlets for adding liquids, sight glasses for monitoring, and a jacketed design for temperature control. Advanced models may feature automated controls for precise mixing.
